My daughter gave in because she was scared and she blew a .04 she was given a MIP ticket and has to go to Court....I am frustrated after what I just read.......What should I do as a Parent, who now has a daughter, that has since had her 21st Birthday and has to go to Court 4 days later for the MIP....
