Barone Appointed to BAC Tracker Faculty Advisory Board
by baronedefensefirm on August 18, 2009
The Barone Defense Firm is pleased to announce that Patrick T. Barone has been appointed to the Faculty Advisory Board for the BAC Tracker software. He is one of only two attorneys nationally to receive this prestigious appointment.
BAC Tracker software continues to gain an excellent reputation as an indispensable tool in litigation involving the use of alcohol, including drunk driving offenses. Because of this, the company has established a Faculty Advisory Board consisting of three toxicologists and two attorneys.
Mr. Barone was offered a position on the board last month. The Faculty Advisory Board will have influence on the future of the technical aspects of BAC Tracker Software. The board will also review and provide scenarios to be completed by toxicologists for the certification exam and yearly proficiency exam in properly using the software.
Also, the Faculty Advisory Board will be involved in providing training at courses that will allow attendees, both prosecution and defense, to be another step ahead of the rest and ensure proficiency in using the software. This includes advanced training in alcohol extrapolation, also known as retrograde extrapolation.
BAC Tracker is currently exploring a possible alcohol extrapolation course in the Detroit area this December.
For more information see the BAC Tracker web site.
